By being in the swinging community, it does not increase your chances in catching any sexually transmitted diseases (STD's) or AIDS and there is no public health concerns associated with swinging what so ever. This is because everyone in the swinging community is responsible in practicing safe sex.

Throughout the world, all legal swingers clubs have rules about the use of condoms and encourage the use of it by its members when penetrative sex takes place.

Recent reports have shown that swinging clubs and private parties are not high risk areas for STD's transmission or AIDS. This is because most who swing are responsible middle-class couples who are usually married and middle aged, and is therefore, in the lowest risk group for having STD's transmission and AIDS in the first place.

When you enter into a swinger lifestyle be responsible and health conscious. Always practice safe sex and make sure that you and your partner are disease free. Although, many swingers will say they practice safe sex, but probably are not. So some kinds of health risks are always present. It is up to you to make your own judgments in any situations.
